How to cook Tonkatsu


  • Pork Loin / Crispy Breaded Tonkatsu from Anzu Meat Factory SG.

  1. Thaw Pork Loin / Crispy Breaded Tonkatsu for 8 - 12 hours.
  2. Thaw the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  3. Heat oil to 180°C.
  4. If you see the bubble around the chopstick, you can put a few breadcrumbs until those fluffed up.
  5. Put the meat for 90 seconds, flip and wait for another 90 seconds.
  6. Put the steak on a plate and rest for 3 minutes.
