How to cook Striploin Steak


  • Wagyu Striploin from Anzu Meat Factory SG
  • Salt
  • Pepper


  1. Thaw Wagyu Striploin for 8 - 12 hours.
  2. Take out the meat from the packaging and wipe off the juice from the meat.
  3. Thaw at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking, until it has a nice bright red color.
  4. Cut some beef fat and set it aside for later.
  5. Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the meat, rest for 15 - 30 minutes.
  6. Heat the pan with medium heat, add in beef fat until the oil comes.
  7. Remove the beef fat, cook steak for 90 seconds on high heat.
  8. Flip and do the other side for another 90 seconds.
  9. Put the steak on a plate and rest for 4 minutes.
  10. Reheat the steak in high heat for 60 seconds for each side.
