Order & Delivery Information
- Ordering is available 24 hours, every day.
- We deliver Island-wide. (Additional fee applies for Jurong Island)
- Form box & ice gel pack will only be provided for all Meat boxes and Air-flown chilled items (except for chicken items).
- Orders will be delivered in 3 working days.
- We will notify you of the exact delivery date the next working day.
- We will cut and pack your order in 1 working day.
- All received orders will be finalized at 9:00 AM every working day and be prepared for the next working day shipping.
- Example 1: Orders between 9:01 AM, 11th May (Mon) - 8:59 AM, 12th May (Tue) will be delivered on 15th May (Fri).
- Example 2: Orders between 9:01 AM, 14th May (Thu) - 8:59 AM, 15th May (Fri) will be delivered on 19th May (Tue).
- Any changes, additional or cancellation of item(s) must be done by 9:00 AM, right after you place your order.
- Express delivery orders will be delivered in 1 working day. Order must be placed (and any changes to that same order) between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM to choose this option.
- Example 1: Orders between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 11th May (Mon) will be delivered on 12th May (Tue).
- Example 2: Orders between 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM, 16th May (Sat) will be delivered on 18th May (Mon).
- No delivery is available on Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Delivery time:
- 11:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Delivery fees:
- FREE for orders above $80.
- $20 for orders below $80.
- Additional $12 for delivery to Jurong Island.
- Additional $12 for Express Delivery.
Delivery confirmation date & time:
We will notify the delivery date via email and sms once it has been confirmed. Please check the spam mailbox first if you did not receive the email.
Order updates will be sent to your email.

In case of unsuccessfully delivery
If nobody is at the indicated address to receive the order, the driver will have to leave after 5 mins of attempting to contact you. The driver will have other orders to fulfill, your kind understanding is appreciated.
Requesting the driver to leave the ordered items at your door front/cooler box will be at your own risk. In such a case, ANZU Meat Factory cannot be held responsible for the quality and safety of the delivery.
If the driver has left your address, please contact the ordering website to arrange another delivery schedule, however a redelivery fee of $20 will be applied.

Change of delivery date or time
You are required to email us at least 1 working day in advance to arrange for reschedule.
In any case if you are unable to receive the order on that day of delivery, an additional delivery charge ($12) will have to be made payable directly to the delivering driver in cash to redeliver your order.
