Order & Delivery Information
- Ordering is available 24 hours, every day & we deliver Island-wide (an additional fee applies for Jurong Island).
- For urgent deliveries please select Express / Next Day Option, order before 3 PM ($20 additional charges apply).
- Express delivery orders will be delivered in 1 working day. Orders must be placed before 3 PM of the order date, for next-day delivery.
- For orders received on Monday, before 3 PM, Express delivery will be on Tuesday (the next day).
- For orders received on Saturday before 10 AM, Express delivery will be on Monday (next working day).
- Standard Delivery: 3 working days.
- We will notify you of the exact delivery date the next working day.
- We will cut and pack your order in 1 working day.

All received orders will be finalized at 9:00 AM every working day and
be prepared for the next working day (except Public Holidays & Sundays). - For orders received on Monday, Standard delivery will be on Thursday.
- For orders received on Thursday, Standard delivery will be on Monday.
- Any changes, additional or cancellation of item(s) must be done by 9:00 AM, right after you place your order.
- Foam box & ice gel pack will only be provided for all Meat boxes and Air-flown chilled items (except for chicken items).
- Self-collection is not available.
- No delivery is available on Sundays & Public Holidays.
- Delivery time:
- 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM
- 3:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- Delivery fees:
- FREE for orders above $100.
- $20 for orders below $100.
- Additional $20 for delivery to Jurong Island.
- Additional $20 for Express Delivery.
Delivery confirmation date & time:
We will notify the delivery date via email and sms once it has been confirmed. Please check the spam mailbox first if you did not receive the email.
Order updates will be sent to your email.

In case of unsuccessfully delivery
If nobody is at the indicated address to receive the order, the driver will have to leave after 5 mins of attempting to contact you. The driver will have other orders to fulfill, your kind understanding is appreciated.
Requesting the driver to leave the ordered items at your door front/cooler box will be at your own risk. In such a case, ANZU Meat Factory cannot be held responsible for the quality and safety of the delivery.
If the driver has left your address, please contact the ordering website to arrange another delivery schedule, however a redelivery fee of $20 will be applied.

Change of delivery date or time
You are required to email us at least 1 working day in advance to arrange for reschedule.
In any case if you are unable to receive the order on that day of delivery, an additional delivery charge ($20) will charged for re-delivery requests - to be made to Anzu Meat Factory, please do check inbox / SMS for follow-up with Admin.
