How to cook Sukiyaki

Ingredients:

  • Miyazakigyu Rib Eye Sukiyaki Sliced from Anzu Meat Factory SG
  • Ebara Sukiyaki Sauce recommended by Anzu Meat Factory SG
  • Leek
  • Carrot
  • Tofu
  • Enoki Mushrooms
  • Beech Mushrooms
  • Shiitake Mushrooms
  • Chinese cabbage
  • Enoki Mushroom


Direction:

  1. Cut & Prepare all your ingredients: leek, carrot, Shiitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, tofu, Enoki mushrooms, Beech mushrooms, Miyazakigyu Rib Eye.
  2. Boil Shirataki Noodle for 3 minutes.
  3. Heat the oil on high heat and add the leek, wait until the color changes.
  4. Pour Anzu Meat Factory SG recommended Ebara Sukiyaki Sauce.
  5. Add leek, carrot, Shiitake mushrooms, Chinese cabbage, tofu, Enoki mushrooms, Beech mushrooms, Shirataki noodles until the water is boiled.
  6. Boil the sukiyaki sauce & ingredients first.
  7. Put the Miyazakigyu Rib Eye inside until the color becomes not pink (don't overcook).
  8. You can taste & add water (based on your desire).
  9. Can be paired with raw egg as a dipping sauce.
