How to cook Rib Eye Steak

Ingredients:

  • Rib Eye Steak from Anzu Meat Factory SG.
  • Salt
  • Pepper


Sides:

  • Potato
  • Red Pepper
  • Green Pepper
  • Onion
  • Other recommended sides.


Direction:

  1. Thaw Rib Eye Steak for 8 - 12 hours.
  2. Thaw the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  3. Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the meat, rest the meat for 15 - 30 minutes.
  4. Heat the pan with medium heat, add in beef fat.
  5. Remove the beef fat, cook the steak for 90 seconds with high heat, flip and do the other side for 90 seconds.
  6. Put the steak on a plate and rest for 4 minutes.
  7. In the meantime, you can cook the sides.
  8. Cook the steak again with high heat for 60 seconds, flip and do the other side for 60 seconds.
  9. Remove the steak and serve it with the side dish.
