How to cook Rib Eye Steak
Ingredients:
- Rib Eye Steak from Anzu Meat Factory SG.
- Salt
- Pepper
Sides:
- Potato
- Red Pepper
- Green Pepper
- Onion
- Other recommended sides.
Direction:
- Thaw Rib Eye Steak for 8 - 12 hours.
- Thaw the meat at room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper on one side of the meat, rest the meat for 15 - 30 minutes.
- Heat the pan with medium heat, add in beef fat.
- Remove the beef fat, cook the steak for 90 seconds with high heat, flip and do the other side for 90 seconds.
- Put the steak on a plate and rest for 4 minutes.
- In the meantime, you can cook the sides.
- Cook the steak again with high heat for 60 seconds, flip and do the other side for 60 seconds.
- Remove the steak and serve it with the side dish.
