How To Cook Tonkatsu

Ingredients:

  • Pork Loin / Crispy Breaded Tonkatsu from Anzu Meat Factory SG.
  • Oil

Sides:

  • Other recommended sides.

Direction:

  1. Thaw Rib Eye Steak for 8 - 12 hours.
  2. Thaw the meat in room temperature for 30 minutes before cooking.
  3. Heat oil to 180°C.
  4. If you see the bubble around chopstick, you can put few breadcrumbs until those fluffed up.
  5. Put the meat for 90 seconds, flip and wait for another 90 seconds.
  6. Put the steak on plate and rest for 3 minutes.
