Refund Policy
  1. Once your order has been placed/ delivered

We do not accept any cancellation requests regardless of the reason. This includes if:

  • You have a change of mind regarding the purchase
  • Packaging is different than advertised
  1. Wrong / Damaged product received

In case a wrong /damaged product was received, please contact us via anzumfsg@gmail.com within 24 hours.

Include the following info along with your email:

  • Name & Mobile Number
  • Order Number
  • Delivery address (as per your order)
  • Images for received wrong/damaged product(s)

We will evaluate your request and reply to you as soon as possible.

Please take note that all returned items have to be done within 7 days starting from the delivered date. We will only accept item(s) with the unopened original labeling and packaging.

In case that your return request is reasonable, we will only refund the money via the original payment method.

Refunded amounts may vary depending on the bank charges and fees.

Refunds may take up to 15 working days to process, varying between your card and banks.
